Senator Michael Nozzolio recognizes Sean McLeod with the New York State N.Y.I.D.E. news On Thursday, July 19, 2007, in the presence of his friend, Legendary Dance Icon, Mrs. Carmen DeLavallade, Rachel Powers, representing Senator Hilary Clinton's office, and Auburn Mayor Tim Lattimore, NY State Senator Michael Nozzolio presented Sean McLeod, multi-award winning international producer and choreographer, Executive Producer of the New York Dance Festival, and President of the New York Institute of Dance and Education, with the New York State Senate Liberty Award! Senator Nozzolio stated, “The New York State Senate Liberty Award is the state’s highest honor. It is presented to citizens who have merited special commendation for their actions on behalf of their fellow New Yorkers and their community.” We thank you, Sean, for providing every one of us the opportunity to grow, learn, and “just be” in a happy and healthy environment.
