Karabo Molefe

The Reverand Karabo Molefe is from South Africa, and he has worked over several years to establish Catch the Vision Global Mission. Through Catch the Vision, Molefe travels the country of South Africa, spreading joy and hope into seemingly every community from Durban to Cape Town. He tirelessly drives himself for days at a time, bringing medical supplies and provisions directly to the communities and medical facilities that need them, in an effort to help soften the blow from South Africa's dibilitating AIDS epidemic.

His work and reputation are widely known throughout South Africa, and he stopped counting how many languages he speaks long ago. His oratory skills are inspiring and uplifting, and he has a way with words that lets any audience understand they are experiencing the vision of a truly outstanding individual.

Molefe travels the world constantly, seeking oportunites for South African economic exchange. He has successfully established international relationships with various chambers of commerce within the United States, and has arranged for independent South African arts and wine to be exported and sold in the U.S.

During one of his many trips to the U.S. Molefe happened accross a performance of The Drummer and The Dancer National Tour, featuring award-winning producer, Sean McLeod, and platinum recording artist, Jim Donovan, of Rusted Root. Molefe arranged for an exclusive meeting with McLeod and Donovan, in hopes to pursuade them to bring the Tour to South Africa as part of an uplifting music and cultural exchange within South African communities. Upon meeting one another, the meeting turned into a cultural and philosophical exchange all itself!

Molefe, on behalf of Catch the Vision, not only invited The Drummer and The Dancer to tour South Africa, but also requested Mr. McLeod to initially tour cities throughout South Africa, as Molefe was interested in having him help establish sister schools to the New York Institute of Dance and Education through his country. McLeod humbly accepted, and established the Mission to South Africa, a goodwill excursion throughout the country to help facilitate Molefe's vision.
