New York Institute of Dance and Education (NYIDE) is an innovative performing arts organization which offers support services developed from Performing Arts Based Programming. NYIDE has a wide range of services for individuals, Corporate entities, educational institutions and human service agencies which develop personality management, service delivery modules and successful team habits. • Change International (a program of NYIDE) is an action organization whose goal is to foster Universal Inclusion and Multicultural Clarity for all people. Our core mission is to act as a multicultural clearinghouse of information, opinion, and resources lead by African American males acting as an intellectual bridge between African Americans and our global brothers, who sometimes fail to understand one another. Change International seeks to establish understanding and accountability for people addressing issues of race, diversity, equal access, and equal expectation. We seek to provide an arena where all people can find reasonable individuals who will help examine the challenges a community faces in regards to race. • The Kaleidoscope Dance Theatre (KDT) is a professional modern dance company whose work has spanned 20 years. The Company, founded by Sean McLeod, has toured professionally to New York City, major cities across the US, and internationally to the West Indies, Europe, and Africa. KDT is based in McLeod's patented dance technique and acclaimed choreographic style. It blends Classical Ballet, the Modern foundations of Limón, Graham and Horton, with Martial Arts principles, African Dance, Latin influences and Urban Social Dance. International Producer, Choreographer, and Company Artistic Director, Sean McLeod, has created a vast movement range and his repertory is amazingly broad, which has given the Company an incredible foundation. Additionally, the list of acclaimed choreographers contributing to the continued repertory and direction of the Company includes; the Internationally celebrated Thomas Warfield, Roxanna Young, Jacob Mora, Doug Shankman, Jonette Ford, the wonderful Victoria Dale and the incomparable Gregory Livingston. The Kaleidoscope Dance Theatre uses dance and the arts as a catalyst to support inclusive, engaged action, and especially projects that foster the peace and honor of diversity. Kaleidoscope Dance Theatre's mission is to illustrate through the arts the abundant resources and enrichment that minorities and people of color bring to our lives and communities.
