MT / McLeod Technique is Sean McLeod’s patented dance technique that blends Classical Ballet, the modern foundations of Limón, Graham and Horton, Martial Arts principles, African Dance, Latin influences and Urban Social Dance. The technique, created at the New York Institute of Dance Education, was developed to train dancers by engaging their emotions to facilitate honest movement and encourage good mental health. McLeod Technique has a vast movement range, an emotional vocabulary, and a process that inspires dancers to be happy people!

MT Motivation is an interactive lecture where nationally renowned facilitator, Sean McLeod, leads participants through his wonderful process of liking one’s self.  Using dance, martial arts, music and song as his platform; Sean uses examples of his own challenges as an African American male and an international performer to assure the participants that success is possible in any situation.  Sean’s approach to problem solving, conflict resolution, and interaction has encouraged hundreds of participants to live a happier life starting right now!  Come interact in this session, the next step is yours. Swing Dance Classes &
Wedding Preparation

Using the teaching Foundation of Frankie Manning, and the dynamic delivery system for teaching dance that he established, Sean McLeod will lead participants through the most exciting and easy approach to learning how to partner dance.  Sean McLeod will lead participants through an incredibly fun and useful lessons of Swing dance and social dancing for couples.  (You don’t need to have a partner to come.)

MT Afro Hip Hop is a dynamic style of Hip Hop dance developed by American Choreographer, Sean McLeod. MT Afro Hip Hop combines the soul of traditional African dance, with the groove and freedom of Urban Social Dance. This exhillerating class includes traditional Jazz and Street Dance styles, and creates a strong sense of rhythm and timing.

The MT Full Body Experience is a very unique dance class that’s primary goal is to increase the joy of living for Adult Women through enjoyable movement and exercise.  This 30-minute work out achieves the perfect balance between work, inspiration and enjoyment.

MT Burn is an advanced form of the MT Full Body Experience, but whose goal is to push the body to get maximum cardio and muscular shaping.  Although a general class, Sean McLeod (a master teacher) can also form fit the exercise to you individually even while in a large group lesson.  This process increases the benefit for the individual.

Using a process called split-level teaching; Mr. McLeod is able to teach many people of various skill levels simultaneously.  This process also allows for a beginner to see where they will end up, and allows the skilled to review and perfect their ability.  It also helps them embraces the humility that is necessary to live a happy life.
